City Square Perth

Brookfield (formerly Brookfield Multiplex)has began to use the WebFM OMTrak system on the new City Square sky scraper building in Perth.
Brookfield will also be taking advantage of the new Hand over Plan (HOP) and defects module within the OMTrak system, due to its ease of use.
City Square is a bold new commercial development in the very heart of the Perth CBD. It reflects the latest thinking in corporate workplace design and facilities. The centrepiece of the development is a 45 storey tower which will be the new home for BHP Billiton in WA. A new civic space will be created around the Tower.

Vibrant retailing outlets and numerous dining experiences open onto the space making the precinct a new mecca for living working and shopping. Heritage buildings along the St Georges Terrace frontage give prominence to the development and will be occupied for commercial and retail purposes as well as new concepts in restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The project is due for completion in mid 2012

1st project for Mirvac

Mirvac have began to use the WebFM OMTrak system on the new Leighton Beach project in Western Australia.

This is the 1st project for Mirvac with WebFM. The system will link in with their FM system once the manuals are complete making the Hand over process a lot easier.

The sub contractors on this project all agree, the WebFM system will make their life easier.

The groundbreaking architecture of Beachside Leighton is the result of a special collaboration between Mirvac's own multi-awarded Mirvac Design team and two widely renowned architectural visionaries.

Mirvac Design created a master plan for this modern beachfront village. The plan involved creating spaces where people could come together in a social hub, yet retreat to their own luxurious private world. Apartments, penthouses, a boutique hotel, restaurants, cafes, shops – from vibrant meeting places to a peaceful oasis, Beachside Leighton offers it all.
The two collaborators selected to help bring the vision to life were Singapore-based Kerry Hill, 2006 recipient of the RAIA Gold Medal, and Fremantle's own remarkable innovator - spaceagency Director, Michael Patroni.

Their vision will set an international standard for oceanfront living, drawing visitors and a few lucky residents, to relax, play, and enjoy.
