Document upload – as-built drawings, warranties, certificates, commissioning data, manufacturers manuals can be uploaded and linked to the Manuals

Export Data - an asset register can be exported at any time for upload into client asset management software.

Status Reporting - allows online monitoring of progress by all users

Spell Checker - automated spell checker included on all forms

Electronic Outputs - upon signoff WebFM closes the site and transfers all data to DVD. The DVD contains a searchable electronic manual (PDF with linked documents / as-builts etc) plus an asset database and spreadsheet. Multiple Milestone handovers can be handled within the system

Defects Module - during the 12 month defects liability period, defects and maintenance can be recorded and tracked using the OMTrak defects module

Log Book - of all completed defects and maintenance during the 12 month defects liability period

Security & Backup – the system is housed in a major telco data centre with 24/7 security, off site backup and high grade connectivity to the internet. We have backup servers that can be brought online within a moments notice. All access into the system requires a unquie username and password. The login is encrypted during transfer accross the web.
